EMINENCE DANCE SCHOOL has been offering dance classes for children in Reisterstown (Baltimore County) and Potomac (Montgomery County) for more than ten years.  Our goals are threefold. Firstly, to give the community an opportunity to experience the incredible joy of dance; secondly, to provide a well-balanced curriculum which incorporates all dance forms; and thirdly, to emphasize the importance of a strong, healthy technique educating children in the art of dance.
We provide a creatively nurturing learning environment through our multitude of courses. Each course offers a different approach, leading towards your unique goals. Your child can take theatrical lessons which help further knowledge of drama. This is in preparation for a role in our many plays and other performances. There are also lessons teaching several types of dance such as ballet, modern, folk, character, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, and others. These lessons can be weekly or more numerous, fitting your child’s needs. Whether you desire a light, enjoyable, yet educational schedule or an in-depth immersion into the world of dance and its artistic bliss, we will be more than happy to provide it. Furthermore, our private lessons concentrate upon your child alone, giving an even more extensive, one on one, educational experience which will benefit your child both in health and creative spirit. We construct various original dance routines each year, dazzling the eye with their complexities, so that each of the many yearly performances is a new and special occasion. This multitude of concerts is a cumulative celebration of all that each child is taught and utilizes their newfound skill and artistic expression. At EMINENCE DANCE a teacher’s greatest goal is that all children enjoy the best times of their lives and we do all we can to fulfill it.
