Awful service!!
Came in 15 minutes prior to my appointment, completed the paperwork and had to wait for 45 minutes (!!) unit the doctor finally was ready to see us.
All this time he was in the back office (no patients came in before me), I guess, having his lunch (since he came out with the killing smell and a bad breath) and talking to the personnel. I had to cancel my appointment and will never come back again! With all my respect to doctors' time they should have same respect to the patients' time as well - I had to take my vacation hours to make it to the office on-time for my appointment!
I would agree to wait about 15-20 minutes but 45 (!!) is way too much!!
