Milana Braslavsky

Born in the former Soviet Union, Milana Braslavsky has a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art and a Master's Degree from University of Pennsylvania.
She currently teaches art at Carroll County Community College in Westminster, Maryland.
Milana creates art in both painting and photography medium.

She has shown extensively and has works in private collections throughout the country.

This show will feature both paintings and sculpture that represent different styles and mediums, ranging from representational works to abstract forms, by Russian artists from Canada, Finland, France, Russia and USA.

The opening reception is on November, 12, 2008 at 6 p.m. at the Russian Embassy at 2650 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, 20007. To get registered with the Embassy, please e-mail your name at luba@erols.com.
